This is the fine print you must read and agree to before filling out a reservation form. Please read the details and click continue at the bottom of this page to fill out and submit the form.

  • Air conditioned bus throughout the trip equipped with cold water at all times
  • Admission to all museums and public buildings listed in itinerary
  • Cuba Cultural Travel Escort and local Cuban tour guide
  • Cuban Tourist Card/Visa
  • Health insurance and emergency evacuation coverage (excluding pre-existing conditions)
  • Compliance with US Treasury Department

NOT INCLUDED

  • Airline baggage fees ($20 per bag, $2.00 per pound over 44 pounds)
  • Airfare to/from Miami
  • Accommodations in Miami (a group rate at a nearby hotel will be provided)
  • Meals other than listed on itinerary or described as on your own
  • Gratuities for guide and driver (recommended amount is 5-7CUC per person per day for guide, and 3-5CUC per person per day for driver)
  • Individualized hotel expenses (mini bar, room service, laundry fees, etc)
  • Trip cancellation insurance

* Charter flight schedule from Miami to Havana will be provided at a later date. Flight schedules cannot be confirmed until 6-8 weeks prior to departure and are subject to change. Please keep this in mind when booking your flights to Miami. Information on accommodations in Miami will be provided in the coming weeks as well as travel tips and emergency contact info. Please note, Cuba Cultural Travel is a licensed Tour Operator and California Seller of Travel. We do not have knowledge of, and are unable to assist with, domestic flights within the United States.


SAFETY NOTE

Trips to Cuba require quite a bit of walking on uneven cobblestone streets along with stairs where an elevator is not always available. Participants must be able to walk unassisted. Please keep these physical requirements in mind when making your reservation.

If you require mobility assistance, please contact us directly, prior to completing your reservation form, as Cuba is not adequately able to accommodate physically handicapped persons.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made prior to November 10, 2015 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between November 10 and December 10, 2015 will forfeit full deposit of $1,000.
  • Cancellations after December 10, 2015 will forfeit entire cost of trip.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Laura@CubaCulturalTravel.com

We strongly recommended you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances requiring cancellation of your travel. Information on acquiring trip insurance will be sent to you with your letter of confirmation. You will have two weeks from the date of confirmation to apply for insurance for coverage of pre-existing conditions.


You will need to send a deposit check payable to Cuba Cultural Travel for the amount of $1,000 per person to reserve your place. Deposit is due no later than November 10, 2015.

Upon receipt of your deposit, a letter of confirmation will be sent to you. Additional information and forms to be filled out and returned will be sent at a later date. An invoice for the remaining balance will included at that time. Full payment is due by December 10, 2015. Please note, CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Upon receipt of deposits you will be a confirmation email along with information on trip cancellation insurance. The date of my confirmation is the date used to apply for coverage.


Additional forms for travel and final invoice will be sent approximately 60-90 days prior to travel. Flight times are unavailable at this time as they are not approvied by the DOT until 6-8 weeks prior to departure. However, we will be able to provide you with tentative times soon.

Also, please be aware that the finalized itinerary will not be available until a week or so prior to your departure. Travel tips and emergency contact information will be provided to you along with information on accommodations in Miami at a later date.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis with limited enrollment. Please confirm your participation as soon as possible by completing and returning this form along with your deposit to the address noted below. Please note your passport must be valid for 6 months after the dates of travel. If you need to renew your passport, please do so ASAP.
